STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On the DELL, under Fedora 35 KDE X11, connect a USB C adapter
2. On the USB C adapter, connect the display port cable

OBSERVED RESULT
=> KDE finds from time to time the screen, either immediately, but more often after 5mn, or even spends its time to detect the screen/no longer detect the screen.

Under Wayland, continuous blinking of the screens. impossible to set it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Display the 2 screens under KDE.
The display is better in HDMI.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please see if you can reproduce the issue with Plasma 5.25 or 5.26?
