SUMMARY

Single-finger dragging should scroll the KHTMLView and sidebars in khelpcenter.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Vertical swipe the KHTMLView
2. Vertically swipe the "contents" and "glossary" sidebars

OBSERVED RESULT
Content is selected as if I had clicked & dragged with a mouse.

EXPECTED RESULT
The views should scroll.

still an issue on neon unstable.
