STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect a MTP device to usb port (I use an Android phone)
2. click on Disks & Devices applet in system tray
3. click on the device used in the step 1
4. choose 'Download photos with Gwenview'
5. click on 'Settings...' button on bottom of Gwenview Importer

OBSERVED RESULT
unnecessary small Settings window opens. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
size of Settings window should be enough to make its content entirely visible on opening
