SUMMARY
Switch to Places tab, and click on any item in the sidebar. It should switch to the category like Applications tab.

kickoff: Do not reset action for KickoffItemDelegate in Places tab

Clicking an item should switch to the category of the item, but `action:
null` prevents it, which makes Kickoff inconvenient to use for touchscreen
users.
