SUMMARY

Adding an event reports that the "End date cannot be before start date" when start date is before end date.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a normal event as shown in the attachment

OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot add event due to "End date cannot be before start date"

EXPECTED RESULT
I should be able to add the event
