Using the Obscure effect on a track makes the tracks below it not visible.
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create 2 tracks with videos on both of them
2. Place obscure-effect on the track above
3. Play the video and the bottom layer does not play

OBSERVED RESULT
Part of the tracks don't play

EXPECTED RESULT
Tracks below work correctly
