SUMMARY
I frequently share links/URLs between Android (and linux) devices with KDE connect. When Android (11) is the target, it opens a notification with the link. Sometimes it also opens a tab with the link in my default browser (firefox), but sometimes it doesn't.
When I tap on the notification afterwards, it frequently happens that the link is *not* opened in the browser, meaning the link is "lost" to me.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Share a link to Android
2. Later select the resulting notification

OBSERVED RESULT
notification closes
(sometimes) link is not opened in browser

EXPECTED RESULT
1. link is always opened in browser
2. and notification is only closed when link is opened
