Description rejedai 2021-11-27 16:40:14 UTC
To save space on the screen, I use plasma without the title bar on the windows.

I like that using the mouse wheel on the panel, I can minimize the window, however, unlike Active Window Control, on the maximized window, unmaximize is applied first, then minimize, which spends a lot of time, it would be nice to add the option to minimize the window immediately, regardless of its state.

It would also be great to able add own elements with scripts to the context menu and such items as minimize, maximize and close, without using additional widgets.

I dont understand, why these actions shouldnt be part of an applet context menu? The use could right click the clock or the systray and get window actions for the current window, how does that make any sense?

I could understand such request for example for the Window Title Applet, Latte spacer etc... in order to be consistent...

You're right. It would be more logical to have similar functions, only in places where there are no active widgets.

I understand that these are rather functions for a separate applet, however, using the applet will break the mouse gestures that are already in the latte settings, so such a widget should also have settings for gestures.
