ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 Nate Graham 2021-11-24 17:08:57 UTC
Cannot reproduce. Is this on Wayland or X11?
Comment 2 Benjamin Reigner 2021-11-24 17:50:13 UTC
I'm using X11.
Also, I don't know if it may be related but I have custom shortcuts set:
Super + F1 ... Super + F12
To switch from desktop 1 to 12 (Well i've trully got 6 desktops and I use 4 of them), but it was while trying to hit this shortcut that it happened

A small update of some of my recent observations.
So as I said, I've setup my shortcuts the following way:
Meta + F1 to Meta + F12 for desktops 1 to 12
And when hitting a bit too fast 2 of these shortcuts it brings me back to login screen my session did crash.
Hope this helps finding the root of this issue.
Comment 5 Nate Graham 2024-02-23 22:45:51 UTC
It sounds like the X server is actually crashing. If this is still reproducible in the X11 session of Plasma 6 (which is due to be released in 5 days), can you please get a backtrace of the x server crash? Thanks!
