Description shenlebantongying 2021-11-24 06:22:05 UTC
SUMMARY

On X11 system, you can move a window to another virtual desktop by dragging it and press the virtual desktop switcher shortcuts. It doesn't work on Wayland plasma.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag a window on Wayland plasma
2. In the same time, press Meta(Win)+ F1/F2/F3 (which is default virtual desktops switching shortcut )
3. The window doesn't move to another virtual desktop

EXPECTED RESULT

In the same time, on X11, the window will change virtual desktops when you drag it, and press meta+f1/f2/3

PROBLEM

There is no other fast way to move a window to another virtual desktop.

The "X11 system" mentioned above means X11 plasma.

My bad, the default shortcut is Ctrl+F1/F2/F3 to switch to desktop1/2/3.
