SUMMARY Splash screen does not stop when using other window manager. Tested with bspwm and i3. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Install a KDE distro (Manjaro KDE) 2. Install bspwm 3. Create a new session file /usr/share/xsessions/PlasmaBSPWM.desktop ``` [Desktop Entry] Type=XSession Exec=env KDEWM=/usr/bin/bspwm /usr/bin/startplasma-x11 TryExec=/usr/bin/startplasma-x11 DesktopNames=KDE Name=Plasma with bspwm ``` 4. Start the plasma with bspwm session OBSERVED RESULT The splash screen does not stop and covers all windows except the kde bar. It seams that after some time a timeout occurs that exits the slash screen. If I disable the splash screen in the system settings all works as expected. EXPECTED RESULT The slash should end when bspwm is loaded.
