SUMMARY
When an application is moved to 2nd display (not the main display), and user want to expand it to full screen, the bar with close/expand-to-full-screen/minimize vanishes. At some point of time the user will want to close the application.

STEP TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the terminal
2. Move it to the not-primary display
3. Expand the terminal to full-screen

OBSERVED RESULT

There is no bar with close/expand-to-full-screen/minimize for not-primary display


EXPECTED RESULT

To have a bar with close/expand-to-full-screen/minimize. At some point of time the user will want to  close the application.

Sounds like KWin crashed and didn't re-launch itself automatically. Can you attach a backtrace of the kwin_x11 crash? See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports#Retrieving_a_backtrace_using_coredumpctl
