SUMMARY
Every time I open the window to configure a desktop effect, I need to resize the window manually to make the area to set keyboard shortcuts on bottom entirely visible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Desktop Effects KCM
2. click on the button to configure an effect
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
the area to set keyboard shortcuts on bottom is not entirely visible. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
Default size of the window to configure a desktop effect should be enough to make the area to set keyboard shortcuts on bottom entirely visible. No manual resizing should be required.
