Created attachment 143731 [details] all description is already provided through the ticket context As you see on the screenshot attached, entering "Alt + `" gives me some gibberish and additionally breaks all shortcuts system-wide. This happens without even applying the change. So afterwards even Alt+F4 does not work and I need to restart ~Windows~ KDE. I assume this happens because I am using an non-imperial keyboard layout which is "EN international, with dead keys", you know the one so I can do my job and still write crazy letters like ö, Ü, and especially ß - I just like them. This bug is reproducible for years already and I though of finally reporting it. Probably nobody care not because this setup is so rare but because there just too many other bugs. This is ist critical I cannot even switch between an app's windows without changing the default shortcut to something else. So the default setup is just broken.
