OS/Compiler notes: 

It is very difficalt to type because the slow keys feature will not disable!!!

I have later found that this is correctable by making the proper
adjustments and restarting the environment.

The bug is 'autoclosing' by it's own comments and the feature is working fine 
in KDE 3.1.
