Using the "Reset all Settings" function does not reset the shortcuts.

Sorry for the late reply. I've tried to reproduce with Krita 5.3.0 pre-alpha. I did the following:

* open settings dialog
* select the first empty shortcut
* set the shortcut to shift-1
* close the dialog
* open the dialog
* verify the shortcut is set
* press "Restore to default"
* verify the shortcut is empty again.

I've also tested with a shortcut that already had a default, and couldn't reproduce the problem either. Maybe it got fixed somehow in the meantime...
