STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KDE in RTL session (Arabic, Hebrew ...)
2. Run Plasma systemsettings
3. Add Bluetooth device
4. Find Bluetooth device remove button

OBSERVED RESULT
The button doesn't be shown (See attachments)

EXPECTED RESULT
The button is shown
