Created attachment 143499 [details] footage of said issue SUMMARY When the cursor is over the tab bar I can use my touchpad to scroll from the first tab to the second tab, but if I'm on the second tab and attempt to scroll to the first one, I'm back at the second tab as soon as I lift my finger. If there's three tabs it jumps straight to the 1st and also doesn't stick. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open terminal 2. New tab 3. Scroll OBSERVED RESULT Scrolling to get to a tab right your current tab works, scrolli g to a tab that is left to your current tab doesn't. Weird, cannot reproduce the issue.
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #1) > Weird, cannot reproduce the issue. What does that mean for this bug report? Is there anything I can do to help? I'm btw. fairly certain I put this bug report in the wrong place. I have the same issue in ksysguard and gvenview and I have now checked and confirmed that this issue only happens with the touchpad, not the mouse. So I guess it should either go to whatever handles tab bars in plasma or to libinput(?). I don't have that issue while switching between applications and places in the app launcher.
(In reply to 31113 from comment #2) Oh damnit. I accidentally posted a previous draft. Well, most of the things I wanted to say are there, although not phrased as I'd have liked to. What's missing is that I have also tried this on plasma with X11 and the issue is not present there.
Can't reproduce on a live boot of neon-unstable-20231126-1118, same laptop.
