SUMMARY
Locked Drags timeout is incremented in weird steps of 99 instead of 100 that you'd expect

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings
2. navigate to touchpad settings
3. enable "Locked Drags"
4. Try to increment (or decrement) the number using the arrows in the box or mousewheel

OBSERVED RESULT
timeout is incremented (or decremented) in steps of 99 ms

EXPECTED RESULT
timeout is incremented (or decremented) in steps of 100 ms (or another even value)

Hello! This bug report concerns the Synaptics version of the Touchpad page, which is no longer supported in Plasma 6. And the feature it's reporting a bug in isn't present in the Libinput version. Closing.
