global scale is not the same than what it do, its 100% scale but UI looks bigger

SUMMARY
after updating to latest version, from aur package, my icon and other is getting bigger, i turn my display global scale to the lowest which is 100%, but is looks like its turned into 200% scale. i've reinstall and same result, even i reinstall using live usb with distro from endeavor (arch distro) and use latest kde and still no changes

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. update to latest kde, my repo is aur and arch package
2. restart system
3. check all your icon, window decoration, and app launcher get bigger without  you changing the scaling from 100 but turned to 200 i think

OBSERVED RESULT
display global scale got bigger

EXPECTED RESULT
normal size for scaling
