STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. connect a removable storage device to usb port (I use a flash drive)
3. format your device without any label (I used Gnome Disks to format my device with ntfs file system)
4. observe the capacity of your device in the Places panel of Dolphin
5. click on Disks & Devices applet in system tray and observe the capacity of your device there

OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, device capacity is incorrectly reported as '0 B' in the Places panel of Dolphin and Disks & Devices applet

EXPECTED RESULT
the capacity of a device should always be correctly reported
