SUMMARY
 A transparent ghost of window appear on my desktop when I leave off.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I can't close it unless I log off or close the effect in the setting.

Windows:

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 21.10

Sorry but please could you clarify what you mean by "leave off"
Also are you referring to a "Desktop Effect" (in System Settings=>Workspace Behaviour)?  If so, which Desktop Effect do you have to close to close the ghost window?

Dear Paul,

Sorry for my rough explain.That is,when I minmize even close my program 
window,the program window was not be "closed", it looks like a 
waterprint or a ghost print sticking on my wallpaper area.But actually 
the program was closed.

The effect may be these.

If some of you know Chinese,I will say this may be easier:

最小化或关闭窗口时，该窗口的半透明特效会留在桌面上。而我确实已经把程序关掉了，并在任务管理器里面检查过。只有注销或重启它才会消失。
