STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load the following link with Firefox or Opera internet browser:
https://atlantis.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/media/legacy/atlantis/Things_To_Do/Water_Park/Beaches/Hero/Experiences_Beach.jpg
2. drag the loaded wallpaper and drop it on Dolphin
3. choose 'Move here' from context menu

OBSERVED RESULT
dropped file is copied to destination and a dialog saying 'The resource cannot be deleted.'
with 'Retry' and 'Cancel' buttons shows up. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
no dialog
