SUMMARY
Allow me to set the Country in XMP ( <XMP:XMP-photoshop:Country> ) regardless of the Country code ( <XMP:XMP-iptcCore:CountryCode> )
Why? Because many country's not in the list (not exists anymore or whatever) like USSR, Czechoslovakia and etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Edit metadata menu \ Edit XMP \ Origin
2. Try to set USSR country

EXPECTED RESULT
Leave Country code for IPTC and allow XMP to be more flexible.
