SUMMARY
the black rounded corners wayland bug

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install wayland and log in into plasma wayland session
2. open dolphin or any other kde app
3. click on the left top icon bar

OBSERVED RESULT
the corners have a black result

EXPECTED RESULT
the corners should be normal

Looks like to me the shadows don't have alpha

Indeed. This doesn't seem to be a Breeze issue, but rather an issue with your non-Breeze theme. What is it?
