When attempting to Open Terminal with Dolphin, nothing happens. I see the following in journalctl but I am not sure if it is related.

xdg-desktop-portal-kde[2415]: xdp-kde-background: GetAppState called: no parameters

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Right click inside a folder in Dolphin and click "Open Terminal"
2) Shift+F4
3) Hamburger menu in the top right and then click "Open Terminal"

OBSERVED RESULT
None of the 3 methods available to Open Terminal do anything

EXPECTED RESULT
The terminal set for the computer would open. In my case, Konsole.
