SUMMARY
KStars 355 crashes on Simulator, and again, and again
To stop this cycle, I run KStars 354 once : it doesn't crash.
Then again I run KStars 355 : it doesn't crash !
But very soon it crashes again

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run Simulator on KStars 355 : crash
2. run Simulator on KStars 354 : no crash
3. run Simulator on KStars 355 : crash again

No this is not resolved . The problem is that it happens from time to time on two computers.
When this happens, the solution is to run another version of KStars and then run the latest version .
Weird.

Please check against KStars 3.6.1 and report back.

This doesn't happen anymore with KStars 3.6.1 on macOS 11.7
