SUMMARY
I'm can't paste screens after making screenshot by Spectacle 21.08.2 on Wayland, but it works well on X11.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Making screen by Spectacle
2. Push button "Copy to clipboard"
3. Try to Ctrl+V on any apps (Browser: tested on Firefox and Vivaldi, Telegram Desktop)

OBSERVED RESULT
On KDE Wayland nothing happend
On KDE X11 picture pasted

EXPECTED RESULT
On KDE Wayland picture will pasted like on X11
On KDE X11 picture pasted

Aha, this was just fixed in 21.12.1.
