Created attachment 143296 [details] Visual showing the issue SUMMARY Minor issue. When hovering over different items in window action menu, not-hovered items are still look highlighted with accent color. The issue is Wayland specific. Repeats itself whether you are using default or custom accent color. Issue was seen on Plasma 5.22.5 too. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Right click on window titlebar. 2. Hover your cursor over different menu items. OBSERVED RESULT Accent color leaves traces on un-hovered items for a while. EXPECTED RESULT Accent color only highlights currently hovered item, not on other items. Are you using menu translucency with the Breeze Application style? If so, it seems like a recurrence of Bug 399680. If not, it is a bug in your theme.
