System settings - appear correct

SUMMARY

The relative positions of 4K HIDPI displays are wrong when switching from X11 to Wayland and then back.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into KDE on X11
2. Set the displays to 175% scaling, side by side
3. Log out, log into KDE on Wayland, set scaling to 175% and side by side
4. Log out, log into KDE on X11

OBSERVED RESULT

The displays in System Settings are positioned side by side, but in reality their outputs are overlapping. Please see attached screenshot and photo.

It's not possible to restore proper side by side positioning using System Settings or xrandr, only by deleting ~/.local/share/kscreen

EXPECTED RESULT

The displays and their actual outputs are properly positioned side by side.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.87.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

System config:

Previously happened with Fedora 34, Plasma 5.22, AMD 5700 XT, same dual 27" 4K displays
