Thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately, the report doesn't contain a lot of information. Please provide more information about the KDE Versions used. Open the system settings, navigate to System Information and use the button at the bottom to copy the information to the clipboard and paste it in this bug report. In addition to that, please execute qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin supportInformation > supinfo.txt on the command line and attach the resulting supinfo.txt file. Please also provide information about the themes you use.

Thank you for your feedback. The version of Plasma is quite old. Can you please update to Plasma 5.23 and see, if the issue can still be reproduced? If so, please attach an updated screenshot and supInfo.txt.
Community edition 5.21.5 not have this problem,but our Professional edition is still base on 5.15.5 to develop,so i want to know the problem what caused by.
Thank you for your feedback. Plasma is an open source project with mostly volunteers. Therefore, unfortunately, we don't have the resources to check into issues of older versions, if they are fixed in the current release. We barely have the resources to take care to the issues reported against the current version. You are, of course, welcome to have a look at the src yourself, if you want to know. You can see all changes made to the src in git. Alternatively, you are free to offer money to any of the KDE developers to look into this issue.
