System colors

SUMMARY
KTorrent currently defines its own custom colors for good/low share ratios and torrent states. However KDE color schemes have semantically equivalent colors for these in the name of "Positive Text", "Neutral Text" and "Negative Text".

It would be great if KTorrent could choose the system color scheme over its custom colors for these things. I'm not saying that the custom colors feature needs to go, just a new checkbox that toggles between the system and custom colors.

This would make KTorrent better compatible with third-party system color schemes.
