cursor is invisible because of bug 444945 but should still explain the issue

In Xournal++ or My Paint for example the position where the cursor icon is drawn and the actual input position are offset.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Xournal++
2. draw using a pen (Wacom)

OBSERVED RESULT
input is placed at the top left corner outside the cursor

EXPECTED RESULT
input is placed below the cursor
