With X, when you have several screens, you can set the primary monitor in order to get the notification on the good screen.
With Wayland, the "primary" checkbox is not here and so you can't tell to your system which is your primary monitor.
I suspect a Wayland limitation but in that case, how do you choose the screen where your notification goes ?
