SUMMARY
Latest stable Neon on Lenovo V130-14IKB, touchpad is set to disable on mouse connect. It works when I connect the USB mouse. If I put the laptop to sleep, then touchpad works again even when USB mouse is present. Need to unplug the mouse and plug it again to deactivate touchpad.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable "disable on mouse connect" for Touchpad
2. plug in USB mouse (touchpad disables)
3. put the laptop in sleep mode
4. resume the laptop

OBSERVED RESULT
After resume the touchpad works again.

EXPECTED RESULT
Touchpad works only when no mouse connected.
