OpenText document that shows the problem

SUMMARY
If I open the attached OpenDocument and select some text with formatting (e.g., bold, italics…), I cannot copy and paste it. Pasting only works with unformatted text.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the document in the attachment.
2. Select some text containing bold/italics and copy it.
3. Paste the text into the same document pressing Ctrl+V.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens: the copied text is not pasted. The «Paste» option in the Edit menu is disabled, and only «Paste as text» works (stripping the bold/italics/… attributes).

EXPECTED RESULT
The copied text should be inserted where the caret is.
