SUMMARY
Kate displays the history for all activities everywhere, which it shouldn't be doing. History should be activity-specific.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file in Kate
2. Go to a different activity of Plasma
3. Look at the 'Open Recent' list under File in the menubar

OBSERVED RESULT
The file that you opened shows up in a different activity

EXPECTED RESULT
History should be activity specific; files opened in one activity should not show up in another.
