SUMMARY The panel widget continues to stay visible when the mouse bumps the top of the screen while yakuake is open STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. 100% width yakuake (probably optional) 2. Set up a panel at the top of the screen, and visibility set to auto hide 3. Open yakuake 4. Move mouse to top of screen, then back to the center of the screen 5. Close yakuake OBSERVED RESULT Panel is visible. Can quickly mouseover it to hide again EXPECTED RESULT Either of these would be valid - Panel should never have shown in the first place (yakuake is rendered above it) - Panel should have automatically hidden after mouse left (it was able to show after all) SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 21.10 KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The glow from the panel as the mouse approaches the top of the screen prior to showing IS visible OVER yakuake. Just not the panel. Unclear if this is a bug, but it's a related interaction
I am having the exact same issue. Took me a while to figure out that Yakuake was the culprit.
