STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Breeze global theme
2. open system tray settings
3. click on 'Entries' in the left side

OBSERVED RESULT
barely visible Disk Quota icon under 'System Services'. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
icon with better visibility

I have fixed the icon by applying another icon theme and then switching back to Breeze.
