"Start Debugging" icon

SUMMARY
The icon for the "Start Debugging" action in the toolbar (from the GDB plugin) looks really out of place compared to everything else.

Kåre, should we perhaps switch there to using the generic play icon?

I advise against that, since the "Continue" button already uses a play icon. I would personally recommend using the "debug-run" icon instead.
