I'm running Manjaro with the Plasma 5.23.2 desktop and I noticed that I'm missing the menu bar in both Dolphin and KolourPaint. I removed the hamburger icon from the toolsbar menu and restarted and I got the menubar back but then it disappeared again. Also no matter where I rightclick I'm not getting the menu for showing the menubar. Help fixing it would be appreciated.
