Reversed mirror image of systemsettings window

SUMMARY Since upgrading to Plasma 5.23, I'm having this issue with systemsettings. Click on the SS icon in the bottom panel and the window opens normally. Click on a selection, such as Display and Monitor, and a flipped, backwards, mirror image opens and none of the choices are clickable. Some of he icons in the original SS window work normally but most of them don't. I've supplied a screenshot of the mirror image.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Open a Wayland session and click on the SS icon.
2.Choose a setting to view.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT The resulting image is a flipped mirror image and none of the icons are clickable.

EXPECTED RESULT The clicked icon should show the settings options for that category and be right side up.
