after releasing the mouse button

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf file
2. click on annotations button
3. choose any tool such as freehand line with any color such as green color
4. draw a free line
5. before releasing the mouse button the color of the line is correct.

6. after releasing the mouse button the color of the line becomes grey regardless of the color chosen for the the freehand line.

You can check the difference between Foxit reader and Okular with reference to rendering the colours:

You can't complain the colors don't look as they should when you have manually enabled the "Invert colors" option, stop doing that and then colors will look correct.
