SUMMARY Sometimes plasmashell just disappears. Like every 5 minutes but sometimes it doesn't. I then have to press ALT+SPACE to open krunner and run "plasmashell". KWin is fine, sometimes Latte Dock disappears along with plasmashell. The panel disappears and both desktops are empty STEPS TO REPRODUCE Can't be reproduced, plasmashell just disappears, apparently randomly OBSERVED RESULT EXPECTED RESULT SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Running KDE Neon user edition
Sounds like it's crashing. Can you please attach a backtrace of the plasmashell crash? See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports Also, what version of Plasma are you using, and on which distro?
