I use the KWrite editor (but this nuisance also applies to the Kate editor).
When I click on a line three times, the entire line is highlighted, and the cursor moves to the bottom line. It would be nice to add the ability to leave the cursor at the end of the line, as in the mousepad editor.

Yeah looks like it selects the newline too, and this is a side effect of that.
