Simple screen recorder's moving animation vs browser's animation(at last)

SUMMARY
Window that is being moved shakes weirdly sometimes. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on 'Wobbly Window' effect from 'Desktop effects'
2. Move maximized window very quickly
3. It will show weird animation after few attempts

OBSERVED RESULT
Showed weird animation (window shakes fast and weirdly)
Please check the attachment

EXPECTED RESULT
Show proper moving effect(like when i moved simplescreenrecorder window)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Intel iGPU, Tested with multiple distros.
- Animation is not spotted well in the attachment, sorry
- Not Application specific issue. i could reproduce with many apps if they are maximized.

This bug was reported against an outdated version of KWin. We have made many changes since the. 
If the issue persists in newer versions can you reopen the bug report updating the version number.
