Timezone display issue

SUMMARY
Kalendar displays events at wrong time in certain time zones

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new Event
2. Fill out title and all other relevant options for the event
3. Using America/Matamoros timezone 

OBSERVED RESULT
Event is displayed one hour off from expected time even though the event card representation is correct. (See attached screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
Event should be displayed at correct time
