Description Michael D 2021-10-25 07:21:29 UTC
If I have an external display plugged into my laptop, sleep my laptop, unplug the display, and resume my laptop, korganizer uses 100% of my cpu and becomes unresponsive.

Could be related to https://invent.kde.org/plasma/layer-shell-qt/-/commit/4a439143baf75b9a00cf17a3b7a34ae9ac93c68a

I haven't seen any similar reports since almost 4 years. and version 5 is quiet old and unmaintained by now.
I also don't see what we can do in korganizer about it.

I'll resolve this one.

if this still happens and maybe you can attach gdb to the running Kontact/Korganizer process and see where things are hanging.
