SUMMARY
The option "Can be above fullscreen windows" does not get saved when re-starting latte-dock.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open latte settings and select the option "Can be above fullscreen windows".
2. Quit latte-dock
3. Launch latte-dock
4. The option did not get saved.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Archlinux packages up to date. Latte-dock 0.10.2

I know, it is fixed at upcoming 0.10.3
