SUMMARY The 'Recording Schedule' screen could do with showing the End time of a recording, rather than having to go into Edit to see it. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. In the Programme Guide screen, add items to recording schedule, in the same evening. 2. Load 'Recording Schedule' screen. OBSERVED RESULT Screen shows rows of: Name, Channel, Start, Duration, Disabled. EXPECTED RESULT 'Duration' isn't very useful on this screen, it would be more helpful to see 'End' instead. This would make it easier to see if recordings will overlap or when a late recording is going to end so you can shutdown PC after. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux 11 KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.10.0-9-amd64 OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz Memory: 7.7 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: GeForce GTX 750 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Kaffeine is great, thanks for it.
It would also be nice if Kaffeine indicated where scheduled recordings overlapped, not necessarily for it to auto-fix it as that can be done manually via the Edit screen, but an indication of overlapping items would be handy. Perhaps any that overlap could be highlighted red in the Recording Schedule screen, but it may also be good to provide a warning in the Programme guide screen as I don't always look at the Recording Schedule screen after setting something to record in the Programme Guide screen (perhaps easier to merge these two screens?). Thanks.
